Counseling services are provided to individuals, couples, and families, ages 8 through adulthood. 

Services include treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, OCD, conflict, miscommunication, and a number of other concerns.


A variety of methods may be used during counseling, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), play therapy techniques for children, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), conflict resolution, and mindfulness techniques.

Sarah takes a client centered approach to counseling, providing a safe and comfortable environment for processing. She will work collaboratively with you to foster positive change and growth in your life.


Sarah has received training necessary to become a Certified EMDR Therapist.

EMDR is a therapy technique designed to assist a client in reprocessing a traumatic event or other distressing life experience, through the use of Bi-lateral Stimulation (BLS).
